Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor to join our team at Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff to ensure the implementation of interventions.
• Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and across shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years full-time clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care with supervisory capacity preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and RN license required.
