Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visits to perform Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Hold a CPR Certification.
