Paradigm Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will work closely with patients, conducting assessments, providing care, and helping them improve their quality of life through rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Hold CPR Certification.
