Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description:

We are hiring for the position of Rental Quality Assurance Representative at Avis Budget Group. As a member of our high-energy team, you will be responsible for inspecting the interior and exterior of our rental cars to ensure they meet our quality standards for customer satisfaction. This role involves using a mobile handheld device to enter vehicle information, coordinating car movements in our airport lots, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect rental vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Enter vehicle status and information using a mobile device.
• Coordinate the movement of cars in airport lots.
• Assist customers with any needs or inquiries.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive different vehicles.
