Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members in ensuring successful operations in People, Profitability, and Operations.
  • Provide high-level leadership to the restaurant and employees, setting an example of excellent customer service.
  • Work with the District Manager to uphold company policies, state laws, and operational procedures.
  • Manage human resource functions including staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision, in compliance with company HR policies and laws.
  • Handle vendor relationships professionally and address customer complaints promptly and courteously.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of fast-food restaurant management experience is preferred.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a state-issued driver's license.
  • Must pass a background check.
