Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Visual Merchandising to join our team at L.L.Bean's Wayside Commons store in Burlington, MA. As a key player in our retail strategy, you will drive business results, develop talent, and ensure the delivery of a legendary customer experience for the outdoor lifestyle concept. In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will communicate and implement retail initiatives, oversee P & L performance, and promote L.L.Bean's core values.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Implement visual merchandising plans effectively.
- Communicate priorities regarding visual merchandising.
- Ensure timely execution of floor set directives and marketing promotions.
- Contribute to employee recruitment, training, and development.
- Promote the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience.
Education & Experience
- 2-Year Associates Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience.
