Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and ensure proper stocking of shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, offer feedback on products, and address inventory issues.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer interactions courteously.
• Capable of using store equipment safely and following cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
