Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays meticulously.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
