Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing outstanding service.
• Execute cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
