Job Description

We are hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
