Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail operations and familiarity with equipment usage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma preferred.
