Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service during their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
