Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at ALDI as Retail Stockers. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Stocker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to direct leaders.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a visually appealing display.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures diligently.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Effective time management skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Prior retail work experience is preferred.
