Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community committed to providing exceptional care services and creating a home-like environment for our residents and their families. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, highlighting the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitating the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospects.
- Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
- Maintain the readiness of tour spaces by inspecting the facilities regularly.
- Coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies through various channels.
- Utilize Sherpa to manage prospect data and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
