Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and follow ALDI's M.A.P. guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize stock displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on product performance, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain document confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
