Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduler/Billing Specialist to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate daily charge capture and resolve materials and billing discrepancies.
• Generate and update usage reports and maintain the Charge Master.
• Schedule OR and delivery cases.
• Bring project solutions and execute assignments effectively.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work or school experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare-related degree or professional experience in revenue cycle operations or clinical operations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Previous billing and scheduling experience is a plus.
