Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a highly skilled Senior Director in Pharmacometrics to lead strategic efforts in designing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in the oncology field. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in advancing drug development from discovery through post-marketing stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning and overseeing pharmacometrics-related activities for drug development programs.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making processes.
• Manage and develop a team of talented pharmacometricians, ensuring high performance and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective network connections with external partners, CROs, and collaborators.
• Represent Jazz in interactions with regulatory agencies and contribute to in-licensing evaluations.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead and build pharmacometrics teams, with proficiency in quantitative analyses and regulatory interactions.
• Strong background in drug development, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000, subject to qualifications and experience.
