Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. Your responsibilities will include planning and reviewing drug development plans, applying model-informed drug development principles, managing priorities effectively, hiring and developing key talents, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, representing Jazz as a subject matter expert, and more.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development, regulatory interactions, team leadership, quantitative analyses, and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience in managing collaborations with external partners and CROs.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preference for experience in oncology.

Offer

• This role offers a competitive salary range of $220,000-$330,000.
• Eligibility for annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, equity grants, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible vacation.
