Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness in support of the Sleep Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include field target planning and alignment, field process optimization, field analytics and performance measurement, and field force data and technology solutions. Success in this position will require strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage and support multiple deliverables and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support field force strategies for the Sleep team.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools.
- Analyze sub-national sales force operations and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access.
- Work on projects involving data strategy and commercial IS teams.
Requirements
- Experience with IQVIA, Symphony, or related pharmaceutical data.
- Strong business and technology acumen, proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop meaningful insights.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
