As a Service Technician (Res/Light Comm), you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance calls for residential and light commercial properties.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
- Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promote products/services.
- Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools responsibly.
- Adhere to safety procedures and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years of HVAC experience.
- Valid HVAC technical training certification and EPA certification.
- Proficient in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
