We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless flow in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign tasks according to the positioning chart.
• Manage ticket flow in the kitchen to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain adequate prep levels to prevent shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all food items.
• Monitor break schedules and maintain morale among team members.
• Implement safety protocols and guidelines.
• Complete all required checklists and prep lists.
