staff - Assistant Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - $32-52 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in Grafton, Wisconsin. This is a staff position with 24 hours per week on night shifts, offering a competitive salary range of $32-52 per hour.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist RN in daily patient care activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Measure and record vital signs and patient data accurately in the EMR system.
• Conduct purposeful rounding and communicate patient needs effectively to the RN.
• Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Perform tasks related to specimen collection, testing, and maintaining patient supplies and appliances.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Nurse Aide registration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required, but basic computer skills are necessary.
