Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Staff Psychologist to provide psychological services to patients in various clinical settings. The role involves diagnostic evaluations, clinical assessments, psychological interventions, staff consultation, and program development. The ideal candidate will have a background in multicultural psychology and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological services in inpatient psychiatric, medical-surgical, emergency, and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with Cancer Center providers and colleagues across disciplines.
- Support patients in adjustment to diagnosis, treatment, relapse, and end of life concerns.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives and program evaluation.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from APA or CPA accredited program.
- Valid Psychologist-PhD license.
- Minimum 3 years' post-licensure experience in Clinical Psychology preferred.
- Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
