Job Description

We are hiring a Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a member of the Surgery (OR) Sterile Supply Processing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Document sterilization processes accurately and report any issues to leadership.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing of loaner and consignment sets.
• May serve as a preceptor to new staff or cross-training OR staff in Sterile Processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
