Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This dynamic position offers a variety of tasks to keep each day interesting and engaging.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases, stocking, and cleaning.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely.
• Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying items.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
