Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Starting Wage
$18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, communicate effectively, uphold security and confidentiality standards, and perform assigned duties with dedication.
Cashier Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent service.
- Maintain clean and organized working area.
- Offer feedback on products and assist in inventory monitoring.
Stocker Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create merchandised displays.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and help with inventory management.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older, possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team, have effective time management abilities, and comply with company policies and procedures. Prior experience in retail is a plus.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is advantageous and a combination of education and experience is considered.
