Job Description
Join ALDI’s team as a Stocking Associate and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges each day.
Position Type

- Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate important information to leaders
- Uphold document security and confidentiality
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain merchandising displays
- Operate machinery following safety protocols
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective time management skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
