Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, our customers are supported, and our products are displayed neatly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
