Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Report feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible to work independently and in a team environment

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
