Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Experience in retail and general cleaning tasks is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Education and Benefits
