Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays in an organized manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with queries and product location.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and maintaining store standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
