Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for customers. Your responsibilities will range from merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, to providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Assist customers, work collaboratively with team members, and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and handling product weighing up to 45 pounds
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Able to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
