Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in maintaining a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to company policies

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail is preferred
