Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join Aldi and prepare for a successful career in store management. As a trainee, you will be involved in various aspects of store operations, including supervising daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing personnel, and developing team skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Supervise team performance and customer service
• Ensure store signage and product quality
• Hire, train, and schedule store personnel
• Manage inventory, budgets, and loss prevention
• Provide feedback on products and market trends
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles
• Experience in cash handling and equipment operation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years retail experience, management experience preferred
