Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you to lead your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while nurturing and guiding the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Understand and communicate the company's values to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and recruitment processes.
• Ensure store signage and product quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
