Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for a leadership role in managing store operations effectively. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies while leading and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.

Requirements
