Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store's impeccable appearance and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products with precision and efficiency.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and assist in store inventory counts as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
