Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI. As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will elevate the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work independently and within a team
