Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi, a dynamic retail team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and ensure confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
