We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and providing top-notch customer service. This role requires collaborating with team members and ensuring the store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory to enhance store operations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
