Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer service to enhance operations.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
