Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with the store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
