Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
  • Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
