Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a crucial member of the store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively within the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning tasks to maintain store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, comply with cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
