Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Duties

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and required store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
