Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products
• Operate cash register
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members
• Assist in inventory management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Stock and organize merchandise
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Various physical activities around the store

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service skills
• Operate equipment efficiently
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
