Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and running smoothly to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, merchandise stocking, and general cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
