We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and assisting customers to enhance their shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and follow company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
