Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained at all times. From cashiering to providing excellent customer service, you will contribute to creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
