Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
